Grants
The P-H-M Education Foundation is dedicated to supporting our teachers and students through innovative classroom grants. We are proud to provide funds for programs that fall outside the school district’s budget.
We fund a wide array of projects from small items that cost less than $100 to big purchases that are over $1,000.
EVERY purchase we make makes the lives of P-H-M teachers and students more fulfilling and enrich the classroom in immeasurable ways.
The Grant application window officially closed. The committee will review all applications and winners will be announced in December.
General PHMEF Grant Guidelines
the 2024-25 grant cycle Is now closed.
Timeline and Process
October – Grant requests are accepted
Mid November – Grants Committee meets to review grants and determine recipients. The Grants Committee presents funding proposal to the PHMEF Board of Directors and P-H-M School Board
Early December – EZ grant recipients notified by email. Traditional form grant recipients notified and given a complimentary invitation to attend the Superintendent’s Breakfast (substitutes will be provided if necessary). Grant funds will be sent to recipients’ schools.
May – Grant recipients publicly recognized at the Superintendent’s Breakfast.
