About PHMEF

History of P-H-M Education Foundation

In 1996, PHMEF was established as an independent, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting the educational mission of our schools. The Foundation develops alternative sources of income to support learning while strengthening the partnership between schools and community. Dedicated business leaders, administrators, and community volunteers, representing a cross-section of the school community, serve as the board of directors.

PHMEF supports education through awarding innovative teaching grants, scholarships to students, staff development and other corporation-wide initiatives.

PHMEF’s funding comes from special events such as its premier Silver Mile, Casino Night, Superintendent’s Luncheon, Annual Drive, Naming Rights, Corporate Partners, Thank a Teacher, and individual donations.
