The P-H-M Education Foundation is dedicated to supporting our teachers and students through innovative classroom grants. We are proud to provide funds for programs that fall outside the school district’s budget.
We fund a wide array of projects from small items that cost less than $100 to big purchases that are over $1,000.
EVERY purchase we make makes the lives of P-H-M teachers and students more fulfilling and enrich the classroom in immeasurable ways.
How to apply
P-H-M staff members may complete EZ and traditional grant applications.

Timeline and Process
October 31st, 2023, 12:00 noon. – Deadline for grant applications.
Mid November – Grants Committee meets to review grants and determine recipients. The Grants Committee presents funding proposal to the PHMEF Board of Directors and P-H-M School Board
Early December – EZ grant recipients notified by email. Traditional form grant recipients notified and given a complimentary invitation to attend the Superintendent’s Breakfast (substitutes will be provided if necessary). Grant funds will be sent to recipients’ schools.
May 15, 2023 – Grant recipients publicly recognized at the Superintendent’s Breakfast.
January 1, 2025 – Deadline for grant recipients’ Grant Project Evaluation Form to PHMEF.
