Who we are
The P-H-M Education Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit whose sole mission is to raise money that goes directly back into the schools.
What we do
The number 1 priority is issuing grant money directly to teachers and staff for special projects that they apply for. We also fund other programs such as College and Career Fairs, Running is Elementary, Books and Bots and so much more!

PHMEF is seeking enthusiastic, community-minded volunteers to help plan: Friday Night Homecoming Events Penn and the High School Homecoming Dance (student volunteers welcome)

Running is Elementary consists of 4th and 5th grade students training at their home schools before coming together for a one mile run at Elm Road Elementary School! This program is open to all P-H-M 4th and 5th graders at no cost to their families.

The P-H-M Education Foundation has disbursed more than $1.82 million since its inception. In the 2025-26 school year, PHMEF funded $145,000 in corporation wide programs, innovative classroom grants and scholarships.
