Don’t miss the exciting opportunity for your business to participate in our second annual Penn High School job fair! Prospective employers will get to connect with the 1500+ members of the junior & senior classes of Penn High School. Share your opportunities for summer employment, internships, and/or full or part-time positions.

For our participants:


The event will take place at Penn High School 56100 Bittersweet Rd, Mishawaka in the arena, the main gym at Penn High School.  Students will enter the job fair at the designated times and check in. Students will be able to walk around and meet our participants, apply for jobs, ask questions, etc during their time in the job fair.  You are also welcome to do giveaways and hand out materials at your individual tables. 




Parking is available behind the high school near the football field.  You will enter through door E to receive your nametag and table assignment.      We highly encourage business associates to bring one vehicle as we have many participants so there will be a large number of cars arriving.


All participants will receive a 6 ft table, table cloth and chairs and bottled water and coffee. Please limit attendees to 2 per company

Complete the background check for all attendees from your company so we can have all name tags printed and ready for you upon arrival.

Schedule for the day:

Due to the large sizes of our junior and senior class we will have students split into 4 groups so they are not all in the event at the same time

7am : Door E opens for participants for setup

8:30-9:10: Group 1 attends the job fair

9:20-9:50: Group 2 attends the job fair

10:00- 10:40: Group 3 attends the job fair

10:45-11:20: Group 4 attends the job fair 

11:20-11:45: Clean up
