P-H-M State of the School Corporation Address
On Monday, September 23, 2007, Superintendent Dr. Jerry Thacker shared the current state of the P-H-M School Corporation and his vision for the 2007-08 school year. The event sponsored by Teachers Credit Union, was held at Schmucker Middle School. Breakfast was served at this unique meeting, complete with music by the Schmucker Middle School brass ensemble.
Mark your calendar for 2008! Reserve a seat for the 2008 State of the School Corporation Address and breakfast scheduled for Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at Schmucker Middle School. Cost is $25 per person and $175 per table of 8. Tickets go on sale in May 2008, limited number of seats available.

1st Recipient of PHMEF Cornerstone Award - Mick Tuesley

The Cornerstone Award was established in 2007, to recognize individuals who have made a substantial contribution of time, talent, and resources to advance the Foundation’s mission.

Mick TuesleyPHMEF’s 1st recipient, Mick Tuesley, was announced at the Superintendent's Breakfast in September. Mick is a partner with Tuesley & Hall, LLP. As one of the “Founding Fathers” of the P-H-M Educational Foundation, Mick has been vitally important to its development by significantly advancing the scope of activities and success of the Foundation. Mick has truly been the CORNERSTONE in building the Foundation to what it is today.

Entrance to Excellence
Buy a brick and support our schools. Entrance to Excellence is a unique opportunity to demonstrate your support of our public schools and your commitment to educational EXCELLENCE in Penn-Entrance to Excellence Brick PathwayHarris-Madison. The bricks will be placed along the entryway at the northwest corner (Door D area) at Penn High School. All P-H-M families and staff are welcome to purchase a brick. Suggestions for bricks include: teacher gift, a graduating senior or class, in memory of, alumni classes, sports award/recognition, student academic recognition.
