The Silver Mile Run for Education is a 5K Run or 1-Mile Walk around the neighborhoods of Penn High School for a nominal registration fee, which includes a t-shirt. It starts and ends at Freed Field. In addition, a huge health fair with free screenings, including activities, a student talent showcase, silent auction and vendor booths are set up for community members and friends to enjoy. Funds raised benefit the P-H-M Educational Foundation. Our 6th annual Silver Mile Run for Education is on Saturday, May 7, 2011.

Annual Giving Campaign “Be a Friend of P-H-M” and pledge a gift of $100, $200, $500, $1,000 or more for five years. Or, make a one time donation $25 or more.
Each year, the Foundation awards classroom grants to teachers making grant requests. Read about the great experiences and excellence in education these classroom grants are providing. Thank you for your continued support.

The next time you need to renew your license plate, please consider purchasing an Education plate! Some of the proceeds will support the P-H-M Educational Foundation's work.
